This place is a joke, Poor management Poor communication Poor everything Rip off fees that don’t end even when moved out Nobody on staff knows what they are doing Broken elevator Good luck physically moving in or out of this place with no realistic loading dock and nobody from staff to guide or help. Absolutely the worst place to rent while being extremely overpriced. Good luck signing electronically the over 40 page Lease agreement with no one that can guide you through it. BTW- don’t ask ...
them to print it out because they don’t have a printer. This place sucks and run while you can.

Infinity Pool and Speakeasy

As an associate of HILLS, the clubhouse and amenity package at Vantage truly stands out in our market. This is our first infinity-edge saltwater pool and it is STUNNING! Our hidden "speakeasy" off the garage is also a resident favorite, including a golf simulator, complimentary beer and cold brew taps, and a pool table. Being steps away from Anderson Towne Center also gives the walkability many renters desire. You need to see it for yourself to get the full experience!
