    All staff amazing, just Matt is the worst person to talk to. He talks in circles but doesn’t answer your actual questions. Many packages(which are left out all over the floor of the very open parking. Just strewn all over! A major leak happened at 2:30 am and we had to all go outside in our underwear carrying a baby, a dog and a cat, it was “wonderful”. You can and will hear your neighbors as I like to call these non luxury apartments. You get trash valet but lest you make a mistake they won’t ...
    take your trash. Trash rooms smell so bad, I legitimately threw up when I was pregnant and I never even went inside. You need a fob to get back in, I left mine at the apartment, couldn’t get back in for forty minutes until someone walked out. Talk to the front office staff, especially Aaron and Emma, they are amazing at their jobs. Lots of turnover in the office so if you expect any consideration or loyalty from these people think again.

    Just signed my renewal for my 7th year. Even with changes to leasing staff it has overall been a good experience. The maintenance staff are really nice and get things taken care of quickly.

    Vantage @ Spring Creek is clean, and the staff and neighbors are friendly and helpful. Great amenities and close to shopping. I live in the area part-time, and I travel a lot, so safety and security are important to me. This facility provides for my needs above and beyond expectations.

    I really enjoy living here. Whenever I submit a work order, the maintenance team responds quickly. It’s usually by the next day. The hallways are always clean and smell great, and the property is well maintained. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

    I was in a rush to find a new home with Bell partners and I stopped by Vantage one day and met Matt. He showed me around and I loved the unit I signed up for. We did have a hiccup with something but Matt took care of it within an Hour. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

    Move in was fine. Issue of rotten eggs smell was resolved immediately by maintenance (drained hot water heater) and they still trying to figure out how to reach wasps nest. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

    I believe the QR code system for visitor parking is one of the worst decisions this apartment complex has made. It’s confusing, inconvenient, and ultimately feels like a trap. Towing residents' guests—especially during financially and emotionally difficult times—is unnecessary and shows a lack of consideration for the community. A simple and effective improvement would be to add clearly marked “VISITOR” parking spaces with white paint on the 6th and 7th floors. This would reduce confusion and ...
    prevent honest mistakes. Right now, the lack of signage combined with the QR code requirement creates a frustrating and unwelcoming experience for both residents and their guests. I strongly urge management to reconsider the current policy and take immediate steps to make parking more resident- and visitor-friendly.
