    If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place looks nice on the outside, but every negative review you have seen is true. There are no cameras, garage is filthy, security doors do not work, there is trash everywhere and the parking is literally terrible. Don't even think about trying to park after 8pm. Also, I have seen roaches in my apartment (the small ones) and I am an extremely clean individual. I think they are coming from surrounding apartments. This place has roaches. Please do not ...

  • unsafe disgusting place

    This place is disgusting. There are not enough parking spots and the parking is always full. If you come in late like after 9 pm, you have to go all the way up to the ninth floor to park and even then you may not find any. The parking garage is also dirty, and unsafe.     Stephanie, Taylor & Drew are amazing and professional in their field. I am very picky with my accommodations but they provided top notch customer service. This apartment is where luxury meets modern living! What an amazing building! Very clean place and friendly residents. The staff shampoos the carpets frequently. No trash is left around.     guard is at the entrance making sure that only authorized vehicles enter the property. Everyday before going to work, I grab a complementary cup of coffee at the lobby. This property has many great amenities which they diligently maintain in great conditions. For instance, the gym, pool and dog park. I cancelled my gym membership because Vargos provides access to a gym with machines in great conditions. The pool is amazing. My close friends love to visit, grill and go in the pool. The dog park is my favorite amenity. It is very hard to find a private off-leash dog park inside an apartment in Houston. This one is not just any dog park. It is a huge dog park with a beautiful lake. Ducks and peacocks frequent the lake. It is a gorgeous view. Doggie potty trash bags are provided. The pups get to know each other. The perfect pup life. The residents that frequent the dog park are lovely. Great spirited people that are always open to help you with anything you might need. I love having conversations with them. I love getting out of work and coming to my place. It truly feels like being in a resort spending the best vacations. As you can tell by now, It has become a cherished home for so many of us!

    The Vargos staff made the move from California a pleasant experience. The young ladies that work at the office have been welcoming, intelligent, knowledgeable and very fair. They certainly create an atmosphere of professionalism, accommodation and warmth. The facility is very clean, well kept and secure.     It's been a year I live here with my family. Nuce pkace, great view and very clean pool. But the property manager and staff will not let you have a single day relaxed here. They try to find something to complain and ruin your life every day. They have terrible attitude. I just want to move out ASAP.

I had veiwed probably close to 20 places and I came here and met with Lacie who is extremely sweet with an awesome personality. Everyone there is extremely accommodating.     yoga 3 times a week, a massage and facial room with very ideal prices, a Vegas style pool with charging stations, a huge off leash dog park for your fur babies the amenities go on and on.
