DO NOT MOVE HERE !
March 6, 2026I’ve only lived at this apartment complex for a short time, and unfortunately it has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. First, I strongly recommend not having packages delivered here. Packages are constantly being stolen, and sometimes management takes them but doesn’t notify you or make any effort to let you know they have them. Security is another major issue. Both my car and my boyfriend’s car — along with several of our neighbors’ cars — have been broken into multiple times, ...even in broad daylight. When this is brought up to management, they claim the cameras reset every two weeks. However, after filing a police report, I was informed by the police that the cameras on the property don’t even work. We were also told this would be a gated community. While they installed new gates that look nice, they have never actually worked and remain open all the time. There are also amenities that were promised but never delivered. For example, the cinema room that was supposed to open back in November is still not open. The management situation has been extremely disorganized as well. They recently switched management companies again, and now they claim they don’t even have access to our lease agreements when I request a copy. Paying rent has also been confusing. Instead of providing clear instructions, they tell us to “just bring a money order for whatever you usually pay.” On top of that, they charge a $71 Spectrum WiFi fee even though residents still have to set up and pay for their own internet through Spectrum. Every month, I have to go down to the leasing office and ask them to remove the fee. There are also random additional charges that appear on the account, and when you ask about them, the management team often cannot explain what the fee is. They simply say to pay it and they’ll credit you later if it’s incorrect. Other promises that were made — such as assigned parking — have not been fulfilled either. Overall, there is no real security, no functioning cameras, no working gates, and amenities that were advertised but never opened. Mail room issues
January 8, 2025I’ll start with the good. I love the staff. Never had a problem with them. This is also a beautiful property and very peaceful in my opinion. The staff has helped me regarding any inconvenience. Now my problem comes from receiving my mail. I have had multiple packages stolen from me. Their mailroom system is so unorganized. I have provided pictures to employees to show it was put in the mail room and every time I would go and pick up a package its missing. It is very inconvenient especially when ...I have a medical condition, and these packages are of great importance to me. I must now pay to receive my mail through a po box.Property Manager Responded

April 18, 2024Love Vasari at Ventana in Fontana. The process was fast and staff is super friendly and helpful. Love all the amenities Vasari at Ventana provides. We had visited several other communities but this one stands out from the rest. I always recommend to my friends and family when they ask where I moved to. Also LOVE that is Pet friendly, all other properties that we saw even homes for rent had the no pets allowed and it was hard to find a place I can call my home along with my pets.Property Manager Responded
