October 11, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comConvenient location, reasonabe rental rates, close to Warner Center shopping. Quiet neighborhood, near schools. Amenities include pools, laundry rooms on site and under ground parking. The complex is in serious need of updating and repairs to exterior. Wish the security doors to enter apt's would be repaired.Property Manager Responded

Since then, substantial improvements have been made throughout the community, including repairs and upgrades to both the apartment units and the exterior grounds. In addition, the property is now fully gated, and many of the maintenance concerns noted in your review have been addressed. We appreciate your feedback, we are committed to continuing to enhance the community for our residents.
