Well Maintained Property

I lived here several years ago and the property manager was exceptional. I have lived in the neighborhood for several year and can honestly tell you this is the best kept property around. Margie cares a great deal about both inside and outside. The sidewalk is the best shoveled in the neighborhood, the building is regularly cleaned, and repairs are timely. You can't beat it.

Affordable for Montclair, no parking

We rented here in the hopes of getting a parking spot as promised, but a year later, still nothing. They allow dogs but it is pricey to accommodate them. Nice location and fantastic super. My number one complaint and reason I keep looking elsewhere is the parking situation.
