My Family (2 kids) have lived at Vela on the Park since 2020 and it’s been an amazing experience. It truly feels like a community, not just a building. Every time we as family have had a need or support, property managers and assistant managers have been there for us. (Josh, Milo, Marco, Lester, Manuel, Hayley) Greystar has done a great job bringing in the right team to keep the building running smoothly and maintaining high standards. Garage Parking is close, but is shared with the public. Building is clean and staff is friendly. The gym is very small and the other amenities are just okay.
