favorite parts about living here. Having the Swamp Rabbit Trail right outside my door is perfect for walks, biking, or just getting fresh air. The community itself is beautiful too — I love spending time at the pool in the summer, and the gym is always clean and convenient. After two years, Velo really feels like home. It’s safe, welcoming, and such a great place to live. If you’re looking for an apartment in Greenville, I can’t recommend it enough!

I moved in sight unseen (except seeing online) and once here, I asked maintenance about a couple of things and they were out same day to address them. Exceptional service! I’m currently moving between units, and Elizabeth, Danielle and Lexi have all made my transfer efficient and hassle-free. I am grateful for their help and their client-forward attitudes. They also host fun community events and regularly communicate updates with residents. I love living at Velo!
