Best in community in Greenville
September 22, 2025I’ve lived at Velo Verdae for two years now and just renewed my lease because I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff here is amazing — Robert, Bobby, Jouse, Danielle, Elizabeth, and Jared seriously make the best team. They’re always so kind and helpful, and I know I can go to them with any question and they’ll take the time to explain things. Maintenance is also super quick and reliable, which makes such a difference when something needs attention. The location is one of my ...favorite parts about living here. Having the Swamp Rabbit Trail right outside my door is perfect for walks, biking, or just getting fresh air. The community itself is beautiful too — I love spending time at the pool in the summer, and the gym is always clean and convenient. After two years, Velo really feels like home. It’s safe, welcoming, and such a great place to live. If you’re looking for an apartment in Greenville, I can’t recommend it enough!Property Manager Responded

Great Complex and Team!
July 7, 2025I just moved in and the process was seamless. Prior to moving, Jared was very helpful and quick to respond! I moved in sight unseen (except seeing online) and once here, I asked maintenance about a couple of things and they were out same day to address them. Exceptional service! Stellar Office Staff!

The leasing team is knowledgeable about the property and they're always attentive to resident needs. I’m currently moving between units, and Elizabeth, Danielle and Lexi have all made my transfer efficient and hassle-free. I am grateful for their help and their client-forward attitudes.
