Great Complex and Team!
July 7, 2025I just moved in and the process was seamless. Prior to moving, Jared was very helpful and quick to respond! I moved in sight unseen (except seeing online) and once here, I asked maintenance about a couple of things and they were out same day to address them. Exceptional service! Stellar Office Staff!
April 2, 2025I’ve lived here since 2022 and cannot say enough amazing things about the Velo office staff! The leasing team is knowledgeable about the property and they're always attentive to resident needs. I’m currently moving between units, and Elizabeth, Danielle and Lexi have all made my transfer efficient and hassle-free. I am grateful for their help and their client-forward attitudes. The right fit
December 8, 2024We have been searching for a two bedroom apartment within 15 miles of downtown Greenville under 1900 a month. Velo verdae seems to be the exact location we have been looking for. 1100+ square feet, fiber internet package, (vallet) trash, water, sewage bundled in there package. Lots of lighting in the rooms, walk in closet, spacious bathroom and bedroom, big kitchen with an island, etc… We toured the apartment and complex with Elizabeth who was extremely helpful and patient with our questions.
