    I’ve lived here since 2022 and cannot say enough amazing things about the Velo office staff! The leasing team is knowledgeable about the property and they're always attentive to resident needs. I’m currently moving between units, and Elizabeth, Danielle and Lexi have all made my transfer efficient and hassle-free. I am grateful for their help and their client-forward attitudes.   • Great Community in Greenville

    We love living at Velo Verdae! It has an awesome location, it's quiet & clean, the maintenance staff are exceptional and tend to any needs immediately, and the front staff are wonderful! They also have a great amenity center and often host events that are fun for all ages.

  • The right fit

    We have been searching for a two bedroom apartment within 15 miles of downtown Greenville under 1900 a month. Velo verdae seems to be the exact location we have been looking for. 1100+ square feet, fiber internet package, (vallet) trash, water, sewage bundled in there package. Lots of lighting in the rooms, walk in closet, spacious bathroom and bedroom, big kitchen with an island, etc… We toured the apartment and complex with Elizabeth who was extremely helpful and patient with our questions.     Had a recent tour of a studio with Lexie! She did a great job providing all the details of the property and showing us all the amenities. We initially went to tour a studio and a one bedroom apartment. However, we were so impressed with the studio size that it wasn’t necessary to see the one bedroom. Would definitely consider as the neighborhood seems very tranquil and well kept.
