August 26, 2025Velo Village is a nice upscale feel apartment complex. My wife and I have the one bedroom set up and it’s perfect space for the two of us. The interior has a nice modern feel but feels more homey when you move your stuff in. Luxury apartments
February 14, 2025Apartment were so clean and nice I really liked them location is also great right next to highway in a peaceful area The only thing i suffered was that the rent gets a bit high when you go for short term lease that everyone can't afford but if you do then it's perfect as your new homeProperty Manager Responded

Luxury apartments with subpar management
November 17, 2022I had high expectations when moving into Velo village given the area and newly built complexes. The units themselves are modern with updated appliances. Neighbors are a mix of families and young professionals who generally keep to themselves. Although in the summer time, the pool on the weekends turn into a tacky pool club with music blaring and gets pretty crowded. Security has never been an issue so far. My packages have always arrived safely in the mail room and entrances are always locked to ...the complexes. However, given the high expectations that Velo Village has set, I have been disappointed with its management and maintenance. Given the dollar amount that you have to pay for these luxury apartments, management does not make it worth it unfortunately. They seem to be more distracted with social media and making flyers for clubhouse events rather than taking care of complexes and grounds. I would suggest to look somewhere else if you want quality management that matches the luxury apartments you are looking for.Property Manager Responded

So much promise, but poor execution
October 26, 2022Not nearly enough available parking, on a Monday night at 7 pm I have driven the entire complex to find not one single available spot & many cars parking illegally which is what it comes to which their response has been “tough luck”. Yet they have the funds and the time to build a dog agility park which maybe 2-3 people will use, but can’t figure out parking which effects everyone? I picked Velo because it was modern and had the amenities I was looking for and was outside of the city, so I ...wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle that is parking. But I was very wrong. For what you’re paying at this place, management should take your concerns seriously and they have yet to show me, or many other residents that is the case.Property Manager Responded

Great property not so great staff
July 31, 2022I lived a velo for 1 year with no complaints easy move in process, move out process not so easy. little to no maintenance requirements. When a maintenance request was submitted I received a response within a reasonable time. I did feel like maintenance did not give me enough time to answer the door 1 knock and he's using his key to enter. The staff was great until they left I really missed Emily and Riley. The new property manager Briana NEVER answers the phone when you walk down she's literally ...sitting at her desk on her personal Cell. And she can never give you a straight answer she talks to people with this condescending tone and could careless about their concerns. Velo is a great property but is now lacking the staff to match the property not sure if it's due to Mandel selling to trilogy but I never plan to rent from trilogy again. Also when it comes to receiving your deposit they will find some way to pinch off of your deposit you will still be responsible for water/sewer after your move out date. It's also best to do any paperwork electronically because paperwork magically gets lost and reappears once corporate is involved who is also little to no helpProperty Manager Responded
