NO HOT WATER
January 16, 2019If you like taking cold showers, washing your dishes in cold water, washing your face with cold water, etc.- this is your place. There is hardly ever any hot water. There are notices every other week about a plumbing company that's to come fix the water problem. It either doesn't happen or it just doesn't resolve the issue. It could also be a way to get older tenants to move out before their lease ends, in order to raise the rent for incoming tenants. P.S.
