HORRIBLE
April 10, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comHi everyone. I moved in 2021 to this complex thinking that a good and safe place to live. At the office back then was a girl name Amanda (super nice and professional), however Onces new staffs came in this year Everything changed. Lets start by saying that i had to leave before my lease was over because my 7 year old was getting an allergic reaction every time he would walk inside the apartment. After letting the office know that my room wall was with mold and water for almost a year. The pool ...another story. Always very nasty and full of teenagers at night smoking weeds. Gates always broke and open to the public. Never a security around, only saw a lady driving a golf card using her phone and laughing like if she was in a party. Loud place, a lot of fights, garbage full of the time. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AND THE MANAGER AND ASSOICIATION DOESNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!! THEY JUST CARE ABOUT YOU PAYING UR RENT!! Parking Spot Chaos
September 17, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI currently live at Crystal Lakes and I can tell you about all the horrible things but let me start with the parking situation. Regardless of whether you're in a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment, you get ONE parking spot. Meaning even if you're living with a significant other, or roommate you only get one designated spot and the other person has to find a guest spot for themselves which can mean close to the apartment or down the other side of the street. In a perfect world, that isn't an ...issue, however here in this place you have selfish neighbors who steal parking spots and write their apartment number on it and claim it so that you no longer have access to parking near your apartment. Some apartments have up to 5 spots they have claimed and NO ONE HAS SAID ANYTHING. No one cares to do anything, no one calls back, no one addresses this poor situation. We pay so much in rent for such little that they give back. You need to do better I'm so tired of having to fight for a parking spot because lazy neighbors want to claim parking spots when everyone is only allowed one.Read More

Plus already this complex has issues already cause I was listening to a customer that is a tenant complaining about 5yrs, about how bad this complex has become I was already changed my mind on this complex already very disappointed me rent was already to high plus late fee $129, safely issue gates are broken and it seems also Maintenance is already bad looking some where us. I enjoy driving home from work everyday because it feels like I am getting away from all the hustle and bustle, traffic and going to the country. I cannot believe the rent I am paying for my 2/2 bedroom apartment. Somewhere else I would be paying so much more for a lot less. Crystal Lakes is beautiful, quiet, clean, family and a friendly place to live. It has beautiful lakes with cute duck families walking about the ...lakes. The apartments are new, spacious, lots of amenities and you have your own little outdoor area. Sounds too good to be true its not come see for yourself! The Homestead area is an up and coming area and you have everything around you that you need. Not only do you have all the shops, A schools, restaurants and the Turnpike at your finger tips. I can literally step out my apartment and the hospital, park and even a man made beach is with in distance. Thank you Crystal Lakes for making my apartment living a wonderful experience.Read More
