Great Place to Live
May 31, 2025I wanted to thank everyone at Ventana for consistently resolving any issues I have had here. They have been revamping the complex with new balconies, new paint scheme and taking extra steps to make the grounds look great. A vast improvement since I moved in back in 2019. They revamped the play area for the kids and made the community center welcoming for folks to come together. They actually open the pool and keep it clean as well. No silly rules or closures either. The maintenance team are ...always very fast, efficient and asking if there is anything else they can do to make my apartment the way I want and need it. I praise the maintenance crew as one of the best I have ever seen. The office staff, Jessice, are awesome and thankfully put up with my stubbornness. The few times there has been noise they immediately address it and work to make living here very pleasant. I can’t thank them enough for actually reaching out to you and not ignoring you. The efforts they put in to have the community events and bring people together you just don’t see at other apartment complexes. Overall, I wanted to write something uniform so they know I appreciate them and love living here. The rent is very inexpensive. They bundle all the utilities in one statement making life so much more stress free. I love my spot and my neighbors. Thank you all at Ventana.Property Manager Responded

We lived there 8 years
December 29, 2023We moved out on December 23rd, my husband gave the keys to the apartment to a woman in the leasing office and before this date ( since October) me and my husband went several times to the office to drop of notice to vacate and talk about what we need to do and the office workers always said everything is good. Now I saw we are getting charged rent for January, is this a joke? I can't laugh about it. We paid you even more as we had to the last few month. We got charged for a carport we could not ...use since the construction workers blocked it and nobody from the office ever cared about it. Emails I send never got answered and whenever I went to the office everybody said that everything is good and it will taken care of. I honestly would like to give 0 stars. Can't even reach anybody, nobody answers phone or replies to messagesProperty Manager Responded
