Loud Noise! Trash! Roaches! Drugs! Homeless!
December 16, 2024This is the worst place I've ever lived! The drug dealers run this apartment complex! They will be at on the windows and door of dealers to get drugs. The noise is unbearable at times. Music so loud it shakes the building day and night. The building door is always open so homeless ppl come in to sleep, do drugs and hang out in the hallway. If you call the police nothing will happen. Avoid this place at all cost. The ppl that live here have no respect for each other or the property. If you ...have to live here make sure you can defend yourself. You don't have to follow the rules/lease. They only want your money!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst place to live
November 5, 2018Lived there for 5 years. Recently moved in beginning of October. Apartment was out dated. Was told my apartment would get updated like everyone elses, but never did they update it. Maintenance sucks. They go thru so many apartment mangers. New one once a month. This is not a place to live when u have children. Music played thru out night. Police and ambulance always there. Someone od'ed in one of the buildings. This was the worst apartment to live in. Plus they wait till the end of November to ...turn heat on, you don't have control over the heat. Not recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
October 6, 2015Please do not move in here! Mold forms from thin air on you shoes, lamps, hat, kitchen counters, etc. Different species of bugs come in during the summer and you can't kill them fast enough. I can't identify them so I can't tell you what kind of bugs they are. If your not dealing with bugs, you're trying not to freeze to death! The heat is so low that you can only feel it if you get centimeters away from it and the apartment manager says there's nothing they can do about it! Our door broke in ...half when we closed int gently, and the manager says it's due to swelling and won't fix it. When we complained about the mold, management said it won't kill us. They don't handle anything. We didn't even have laundry facilities at least 6 1/2 months because they were broke! They would only spend their money on the outside of the building, like putting lights outside to deceive future victims aka potential tenants! As soon as we moved in, people warned us that we were in for a nightmare! Even a man who was homeless most of his life couldn't take it in here anymore and broke his lease! We are stuck here for 4 more months and I don't think we can make it much longer! People are threatening to move out in the middle of the night!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Ready To Move
August 20, 2015I moved in this apartment with the impression of great maintenance, respectable neighbors, and a safe environment. I received the total opposite. While the apartment was updated, the exterior is very poor.Review from Apartments.com
