AMAZING TOUR AND PROPERTY

The apartment's system allowed me to book an appointment on a Holiday when the office was closed. Trameka reached out noticing the issue and offered an in person tour at her earliest availability. I had discounted the complex from my search because of the system's issues with scheduling, but went back just to see what exactly I was turning down. office. She clearly loves the property and highlighted so many perks that I didn't even know I would want or need to elevate my lifestyle. Trameka's personality coupled with the best professionalism and true genuine energy sold me! Our tour felt like a casual conversation of someone who just wanted the best for me! Finding a nice place in Charlotte is not that hard, it's Charlotte. So to find an amazing staff to go with it, I am so incredibly humbled and grateful. Trameka and her staff truly sold Ventura for me. I'm ready to make my new place a HOME!

We've only lived here for about a month and we absolutely love it. A huge reason for that is Trameka, she's been an absolute delight to work with, she makes every process effortless and always does so with a welcoming smile and great conversation. You couldn't ask for a better leasing agent!

Run from this place. They charge 85.00 if you pay your rent on the 2nd ... seriously. The rash people leave nasty notes but don't tell you why ...I am and adult, this level of childish pettiness gets old fast. They change management every yr and it's worse. The walls are paper thin. It took 6 months for them to fix the heating and air. Your power bills will be sky high here...bad quality. They start eviction on the 6th..... They only want the money....and nothing more ...renewal went up 120 ...

Typical Grey Star property. Maintenance called out of the blue saying there changing my lock today with no warning. I had to drop everything at work, rearrange meetings, called 3 times no answer, then on the 4th call they answer, the. Say they will call back and crickets. I had to walk over to the office, were I am told they can't do it. I go back to work, they call saying there on the way, I leave work again....and they don't show up. Everytime I forced to deal with Greystar the lack of ...
prophesionalism is mind blowing. I see way the feds are sueing them for being crooks. Dont rent here.

I will like to let everyone know that Trameka was exceptional very well spoken, knowledgeable and professional. So friendly and compassionate. And Renee was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Maintenance are friendly too, I put in an order and they were able to resolve the issue immediately.
