Don't rent here
June 30, 2025Run from this place. They charge 85.00 if you pay your rent on the 2nd ... seriously. The rash people leave nasty notes but don't tell you why ...I am and adult, this level of childish pettiness gets old fast. They change management every yr and it's worse. The walls are paper thin. It took 6 months for them to fix the heating and air. Your power bills will be sky high here...bad quality. They start eviction on the 6th..... They only want the money....and nothing more ...renewal went up 120 ...bucks. This is why the NC attorney general is coming after these companies. RunProperty Manager Responded

Dont rent here
January 23, 2025Typical Grey Star property. Maintenance called out of the blue saying there changing my lock today with no warning. I had to drop everything at work, rearrange meetings, called 3 times no answer, then on the 4th call they answer, the. Say they will call back and crickets. I had to walk over to the office, were I am told they can't do it. I go back to work, they call saying there on the way, I leave work again....and they don't show up. Everytime I forced to deal with Greystar the lack of ...prophesionalism is mind blowing. I see way the feds are sueing them for being crooks. Dont rent here.Property Manager Responded
