What private yards,what courtesy patrol?
September 15, 2017I lived for a year and could not wait for my lease to be up! I had to have any and all of my packages sent to my work because the office wasn't giving them to me,and I wasn't the only one who had this problem with the office staff. I paid more per month to have private fenced yard due to pet but kids were coming through to use my grill to jump the fence to get off the property leaving the gate open and letting my dog out and when I tried to talk to management they said there was nothing they ...could do about it and I wasn't allowed to put a lock on the gate. And the "courtesy patrol" hangs out with the people causing all the trouble. My first week living here there were 2 big trash dumpster fire's so bad that it melted them like a plastic toy and a brush fire in the weeds. Maintenance doesn't ever fix anything had to ask a lawyer on how to get them to fix the things that were wrong with the place from my move in date it took them till the end of my lease to fix only half of the things wrong with my apartment.Property Manager Responded
