Amazing New Gym and Towel Service

A property that exceeds all others..
April 14, 2024I have lived in this community many years ago and have always loved their attention to detail, customer service and property amenities. The vast amount of floor plans, upgrades and pet friendly community is extremely appealing and you cannot beat the location as far as Roseville goes. Let me just say after a grueling search to find the perfect home and reading many sub par reviews, hands down I decided to come back to Venu. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my move is a smooth ...process. The Mgr. has been attentive and accommodating and the maintenance team is stellar! Charles is still with Venu and one of the reason I came back as well...He knows his stuff! If you're looking for the perfect Roseville fit with stellar service, amenities and a safe thriving community... this is the place!Property Manager Responded

Best Maintenance & Property Team
April 12, 2024I've been living here for about two years and all the staff from the property management team to the maintenance techs are amazing! I put in service requests for repairs and either Charles or Mike will assist in the process. Charles always calls and gives me updates on the repairs if I am not home and always gets the job done quick and correctly! They are super friendly and make living at the Venu really nice. Awesome Maintenance Team!

Charles is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond every time I need an issue fixed. Everyone I’ve encountered on the maintenance staff (Jim, Mike) are responsive and do everything they can to resolve any issue on the spot.
