Very smooth! Love living at Venue. Its very peaceful and quiet. No issues. Management is good. Lots of sunlight. Target and CVS nearby. Lot of restaurants also close.

Scammers
October 8, 2025
Upon move out we were charged three months worth of utilities when we only owed the last month. Locked us out of the resident portal so we can’t even get the payment receipts. Our email to venue had no response and they sent it to the debt collectors so now we have to deal with that. Scammers. Elevator is also always broken with horrible building layout.

When you vacate, there is a catch up bill that generates as utilites are paid in arrears every month. We do apologize if this was unclear in your move out paperwork. Absolutely love this community! Amenities are lovely and the neighborhood is nice. I walk to the cafe often! I also like that there is onsite management and maintenance. My apartment is nice and cozy!

They don't return your deopsite
November 4, 2021
I stayed at Venue for 2 years and while I enjoyed my stay there, they were supposed to send me a check for the remainder of my deposit. The original deposit was $600 (I'm not sure about it, maybe $500), and in my final bill, the mentioned I will get $140, which I have not received yet. I moved out in July 2020!!!!!

Great Clean place

These apartments after looking at many have had the best layout and kitchen we have seen. It feels open and have plenty of light. We actually feel at home after we left florida where we grew up.
