Dogs and cats, including puppies and kittens under 1 year old, are welcome at our community. All pet residents must have their health check and shots by 6 months of age. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.

We welcome all breeds of dogs, except the following breed or mixed breed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard and Wolf Dog Hybrids.* (including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, and Presa Canario.) We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.

Scammers
October 8, 2025Upon move out we were charged three months worth of utilities when we only owed the last month. Locked us out of the resident portal so we can’t even get the payment receipts. Our email to venue had no response and they sent it to the debt collectors so now we have to deal with that. Scammers. Elevator is also always broken with horrible building layout.Property Manager Responded

When you vacate, there is a catch up bill that generates as utilites are paid in arrears every month. We do apologize if this was unclear in your move out paperwork. They don't return your deopsite
November 4, 2021I stayed at Venue for 2 years and while I enjoyed my stay there, they were supposed to send me a check for the remainder of my deposit. The original deposit was $600 (I'm not sure about it, maybe $500), and in my final bill, the mentioned I will get $140, which I have not received yet. I moved out in July 2020!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Great Clean place
