Best staff hands down!
December 4, 2021I can’t say enough about how helpful, accommodating, and friendly all the staff is! Maintenance gets to your request so fast, usually same day, and does an amazing job. Alexis, Jennifer, and Angela in the office have been so kind and willing to hear concerns and help solve them. Can’t say enough good about this complex!! Terrible management and policies
December 2, 2021I am livid. I have never had a hard time parking here, until the parking mandate started on Dec 1. The past few nights, I had to park far away in non-resident parking, walk through dark parking lots to get home, and hope for the best that my car didn't get towed. It is absurd. This policy was put into place on Dec 1. That morning at 7:20am, I asked if I could get a reserved spot near my apartment. They replied at 8:04am that I would have to stop by the office. I replied I couldn't since I have to ...go to work, and the office is only open from 9-5. I got my general parking pass via email the week before, so I asked if I could do this the same way. They never replied. That night at 7:21pm, I asked about a specific spot that was empty/unreserved. They never replied. I called on Dec 2 at 11:45am. I mentioned the exact spot I wanted. I was told I'd be called back in ten minutes to sort it out. They did not call back. Instead, at 12:29pm, they sent a mass email to everyone changing the parking policy (making spots cheaper). I called back ten times throughout the day and did not get through. I was willing to buy a spot at the higher price, and was not able to do so. Instead, people who walked into the office got all the spots. It is frustrating that people at home during the day grabbed all the reserved spots, and I wasn't able to get a spot - especially since I asked by both their portal and by calling before the price change happened - and will have to park far away and in the dark. I did finally get a call back right before the office closed, to be told that the only spots left were near a building that you have to walk around a swamp pit in the dark to get to my building from or a premium spot that costs more money (also not near my unit). I have never been this mad at an apartment complex. So parking is awful. Also, when I moved in the refrigerator did not work. So after driving all the way down from DC, I couldn't even go to the grocery store to stock up on food when I first get here. And, I found bugs in my silverware drawer (inside my measuring spoons) and the cabinet (inside my baking pans) the first week I was here.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2021Don’t do it! The new management is rude, and they have showed what this apartment complex truly wants: MONEY! They don’t care about your comfort or really anything about you. They care about how much money they can get out of you. The inside of the apartment looks nice, don’t get me wrong but dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes, doors don’t latch, walls are paper thin, I’ve had bug issues on several occasions and I have heard from several neighbors and friends in the neighborhood that they have ...issues with the new management that came in!Property Manager Responded

Awesome place!
September 15, 2021I have been here 3 months now and everything has been great! I had been working with Jennifer since January to get an apartment here and she definitely made it happen. Super happy with maintenance and the community itself. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood this is to live in. The apartment itself is really nice. My favorite part is the big kitchen island! And the best of all, THEY LOVE DOGS! I struggled for a few months to find a place not just in Sarasota, but Florida in general with my ...German Shepherds. The front office is great and always inviting to come in to talk to if you have any issues or concerns. Maggie, Alexis, and Jennifer are the best 100%.Property Manager Responded

BEST Apartment community In Sarasota
August 30, 2021We absolutely love it here! My family has lived here since March with our 2 kids. Since then we have made amazing friendships with our neighbors, gotten to know and love the management staff and been to countless resident events. The maintenance does a great job fixing things in a timely manner, the management answers every question that they can and the event staff makes you feel like you’re part of their family. You will never get your mail
August 27, 2021Why they have decided to over complicate the mail system is beyond me. They have 3 different systems in place!! Door delivery, mailbox delivery, and their electronic locker system. Keep in mind they dont have access to the electronic locker system. So if you package doesnt end up at your door or in the mailbox you can expect to be on their electronic locker support line for 30 minutes. I actually opened a PO Box and cringe when I forget to use it. If I don't I won't see my mail for 4-5 ...days! Also, if you leave your trash outside for more than 5 minutes you will pay $30...However, some people their trash in the hallways all weekend. Looks and smells great! Awesome place to live!
March 5, 2021I have lived here over 2 years and love it. The complex is under new ownership and management and staff make me feel welcomed and valued as a resident, I feel it is differently a step up.Maintenance has also been very good at Venue.! Management post community events for everyone which is awesome.. The amenities are so nice here. I just got my patio screened in and it's so nice. I knew right away it was the place for me . February 19, 2021Was thinking of relocating from Indiana to Florida. Looked at many places since I am unfamiliar with much of the area still. The manager was above accommodating and helpful. Under new management
December 16, 2020I have lived here almost a year, and the property is recently under new management. It appears that all the rents have been lowered, so now a new resident pays much less than I do, but I did receive two months free rent. The location is fantastic. I love my small two bedroom/2 bath apartment, overlooking beautiful oak trees. I was told when I moved in that the pool was heated. The pool was NEVER heated, and unusable from November through March. A heated pool always one of the main reasons I moved ...here, but new management tells me they are trying to get the pool heated right away. I hope that is true, since I swim for my health. The gym is spacious, but could definitely use some up-to-date state of the art equipment found at other locations. With all of this being said, I did renew my lease, and look for things to improve. The new front office staff is very friendly, and seem dedicated to making the Venue a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

December 25, 2019i signed up online on Friday and paid all the fees.. Sat i ended up in the ER and had issues and had to move back to MA to work with my Doctor! Volaris will not return my fees.. it was not even a day so they can’t say they needed to fees to do paper work.. they couldn’t even begin to do anything until Monday! going to try to do something legally to get my $400 back!Property Manager Responded
