Breath of fresh air
March 8, 2023I looked at several communities before choosing Venue at Hometown. The staff made the process of viewing and selecting an apartment, as well as the leasing process, transparent and straightforward. BEST Staff and Community I've lived in!
February 27, 2018As a young professional, renting a great home is the best option for me. I admired the first floor lofts at The Venue a couple of years ago but chose to rent a town home nearby for a little more space. I never could forget about how awesome the loft was - super cool, modern and industrial. I literally wished I had rented the loft and recognized that the added space of a 3-bedroom town home was unnecessary. So, last summer I made the move to The Venue! I couldn't be MORE happy with the decision ...and don't plan to move ANYTIME soon! My new home meets all of my expectations... the neighborhood is safe and quiet, my neighbors are kind and outgoing, the dog park is perfect for both of my doggos, I am surrounded by everything I need (grocery store, gasoline, fantastic food choices, coffee, nail salon, the list goes on...), I am less than fifteen minutes from everything else (airport, downtown, Grapevine, I-35), and my trendy BIG loft feels like I am living right in the heart of down! What I didn't expect was how awesome the Office and Maintenance Staff are... I've never met a more cheerful, helpful, interested and informed group! It's easy to see that they all love their jobs and enjoy helping their tenants. The Maintenance Staff is super helpful (They literally change light bulbs when they burn out!) and are quick to respond to maintenance requests. If they notice anything else that could use a little fixing when answering your initial maintenance request, they'll take care of it without even asking. The ladies in the office are the sweetest and are all well informed and helpful. I see a lot of tenants, myself included, stopping by often just to chat with them and catch up! All amenities are included - trash pickup from right outside my door, secure package delivery with text/phone call upon package arrival, gas grills equipped for your free use, a nice little gym, business office, community kitchen with coffee & water, great pool that's A BLAST in the summer, and even fun little tenant events. The Venue is legit. I won't be moving until it's time to buy a house, if even then. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Property Manager Responded

Not worth the price
August 30, 2017Nice location and friendly neighbors. Feel pretty safe here. But buildings halls are dirty and I can hear neighbors really well in my apartment. For how expensive it is I wish I would have gone somewhere else with better amenities and nicer office staff for the same price.Review from Apartments.com

Great Place to Live
August 17, 2015I just resigned my lease for a third year. The people that live here are friendly, the staff is helpful and I have never had a problem with any of my neighbors. The common areas are kept up very nicely, and I always feel safe. I love the surrounding area and how easy it is to walk to the grocery, or to a local restaurant. If you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in NRH, The Venue at Hometown is the place for you!Review from Apartments.com
The Best Living!
May 26, 2014I have lived here for two years now. There is hardly any noise. You can go grocery shopping or grab a meal with friends; all within walking distance. It's beautiful. The office staff is super friendly and willing to help out with anything. I am proud of my living space and this complex is affordable for such a nice place in comparison to everything else that is out there! If you like a nice look; dark wood cabinets, tile floors, walk-in closets, this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
