They only have 4 reviews I am surprised. See my email below: I received information about the gas issue and boiler problem but still would like to know how are we residents being off set with this problem and inconvenience. We not only have to refrain from parking in certain areas but we have not been able to utilize our stoves/ovens/ and fireplaces for almost a month now. I am sure we will still get charged for these services regardless because I have yet to see that something will be done to ...
reimburse us for these services. That being said a small grab and go breakfast during times that most people are already at work is not comparable to not being able to cook our own breakfast for our family in the comfort of our own home.
I guess I will take to google again to warn future seekers as this community is definitely not habitable and of if I wasn’t going to get charged for breaking my lease I would have last month. In addition I am being warned that there is someone in my section that possibly has a roach infestation and the problem is being “worked” once they identify where it is coming from. The pest control man did not say it directly but I can put two and two together.
