The worst experience in all my years of apartment life. First , you best love squirrels. They are everywhere. Not just outside… they are in your walls, scratching.. if your are lucky they will scratch a hole in the wall and run through your apartment. If they manage to claw their way into your patio .. throw them selves at your door ,ruin your things.. don’t expect anyone to help. tell you what the office and people are good at.. taking your money. In all my years I have never gotten charged a bunch of fees when we left. We turned in the keys, they charged us to rekey, said the lid to the garbage was missing ( it was not when we left) they charged us, a bunch of little things that added up to almost $400.. when we attempt to call EVERYDAY they won’t answer or call back. Mind you we also paid an extra fee in the beginning to cover us for any little things that they may have had to do when we left … where is that coverage??? Why won’t they answer? Probably because if we don’t pay by the 3rd they will charge a late fee. More money for them. The star I gave, it’s for the cute apartment with the loft. That’s it
