March 11, 2025Verde is a beautiful place to live. The downstairs lobby is absolutely gorgeous. However, when you walk on the upper level floors the carpets are dirty and hallway is smelly. When I moved here I loved how secure the facility was, but living here more the entry points are always open. The parking garage is always broken and has to be left up. I’ve had 2 of my packages stolen with no resolution. Verde is beautiful but I will not renew my lease here.Review from Apartments.com

February 17, 2025Everything here is great except the noisy neighbors above me. Once I brought it to the leasing employees attention, it quieted down a little bit but that's not management's fault. Some people just aren't considerate on week nights. Other than that, I haven't had one complaint. Great place to live :)Review from Apartments.com
