December 26, 2025I’ve had a really great experience living here. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. December 10, 2025Although living at the building was very convenient right across the street from the train building was fairly quiet leasing agents do not complete their job. I moved out back in April and had a roommate take over my lease. She NEVER finished the screening process. It is now December and I found out that I’m still on the lease and I am responsible to pay rent to somewhere I haven’t lived since April 2025 extremely unfair.Property Manager Responded

November 19, 2025Location and price are great, but maintenance requiring external vendors takes ridiculous amounts of time. They should work with other vendors, and it's personally made me watch out for those vendors myself, knowing they aren't very reliable.Property Manager Responded

The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, which adds to the comfort of living here. The apartment itself is well-maintained and spacious enough for daily needs. Fixtures and appliances are generally reliable, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled fairly quickly by the management team. The staff is approachable ...and professional, always willing to help when an issue arises. Amenities such as parking, laundry facilities, and common areas are a definite plus, though there is some room for improvement.
