    This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a complex. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable, bugs in the ice machine the apartment is constantly having water issues, things are constantly being broken and not fixed. I lived here due to it being affordable but I guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend

    Doors key pad need to work. We should be able to have access to lounge after 10 pm. Clean the hallways and ammonites more often and add more guest parking it is not far for us to fight for parking spots

    Although living at the building was very convenient right across the street from the train building was fairly quiet leasing agents do not complete their job. I moved out back in April and had a roommate take over my lease. She NEVER finished the screening process. It is now December and I found out that I’m still on the lease and I am responsible to pay rent to somewhere I haven’t lived since April 2025 extremely unfair.

    Location and price are great, but maintenance requiring external vendors takes ridiculous amounts of time. They should work with other vendors, and it's personally made me watch out for those vendors myself, knowing they aren't very reliable.
