    I have had a good experience living at Verde at McCollum Station Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and in a convenient location, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One issue I hope management addresses is residents allowing their pets to urinate on the hallway floor mats. It's unpleasant to walk through the area and smell pet urine, and it affects the cleanliness of the community. Pet owners should clean up after their animals and be considerate of their neighbors.     I renewed the contract one more year in Verde, I'm going to be living here for two years, because I feel comfortable and safe. They should be more concerned about people who renew the contract by making offers or discounts for renewal. They always care about having new customers and offer them many things. It's not fair, when one is always up to date on his payments. More concern about that.

    This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a complex. The staff isn’t very knowledgeable, bugs in the ice machine the apartment is constantly having water issues, things are constantly being broken and not fixed. I lived here due to it being affordable but I guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend
