December 10, 2025Although living at the building was very convenient right across the street from the train building was fairly quiet leasing agents do not complete their job. I moved out back in April and had a roommate take over my lease. She NEVER finished the screening process. It is now December and I found out that I’m still on the lease and I am responsible to pay rent to somewhere I haven’t lived since April 2025 extremely unfair.Review from Apartments.com

November 19, 2025Location and price are great, but maintenance requiring external vendors takes ridiculous amounts of time. They should work with other vendors, and it's personally made me watch out for those vendors myself, knowing they aren't very reliable.Property Manager Responded
