December 16, 2024Overall the experience at Verdosa is excellent. The staff from management to concierge to maintenance and housekeeping are all outstanding! After living here over 3 years a complete renovation of the common areas is almost complete. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is for the following. The lobby renovation and common areas are beautiful. The amenities level looks great except for the outside tiles that are chipped and pealing. This cheapens the overall aesthetic. And a state of the art ...full floor fitness center is almost a year delayed opening due to permit issues. Hopefully this will change soon and I can give a 5 star review again!Property Manager Responded

The amenities are top-notch and feel like a luxury resort. The luxurious pool is a personal favorite—a perfect spot to relax with stunning views of the city skyline. The gym is modern and well-equipped, ...making it easy to stay active without leaving the building. What truly sets Verdosa apart, though, is the staff. Tyler and his professional team is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home.
