I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation has been unacceptable.
I experienced a sewage flood in my unit that lasted for hours. I contacted management repeatedly during the emergency, including the emergency contact, and received no response for several hours. Because raw sewage is a serious public health hazard, I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for immediate repair and professional cleanup to protect my health and the property.

It has now been four months, and despite providing all documentation, invoices, photos, and timelines, I have not been reimbursed. My follow-ups are consistently ignored, and no resolution has been offered.
This was not a cosmetic issue or inconvenience — it was a sewage emergency. The lack of response during the incident and the continued refusal to reimburse after clear documentation shows a serious disregard for tenant safety and responsibility.
I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this landlord or property management company to think carefully about how emergencies are handled and whether you can rely on them when it truly matters.
