Extremely Disappointed with Management and Safety Standards
July 15, 2025Living at this complex has been incredibly frustrating. Management routinely ignores serious concerns. Despite being told repeatedly, they allow tenants to walk dogs off-leash in violation of community policy, and smoking is common even though this is a non-smoking property. Nothing is ever done, even after multiple complaints. Most recently, we had a serious yellow jacket infestation right outside our front door. It took weeks to get any response, and when they finally addressed it, they just ...sprayed expanding foam into the entrance, no actual extermination. This made the issue worse and more dangerous for my family. These are basic health and safety issues that any competent property manager should take seriously, and they clearly don't. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you expect management to uphold the rules they advertise or respond to resident concerns in a timely, responsible manner.Property Manager Responded
