Make sure to drop by this place if what you require is a 2-bedroom 2-bath place to live in. It will be worth your effort. I just happened to need 3 bedrooms.
The Place: Nice and serene just how the tenants described it. And, if you're at the right time, you might get the chance to find a unit that has a view of the bay or the valley.
The Property Manager: He's the coolest guy in town, that is why tenants call him as "The Man". I'm sure he will become your instant friend - Steve. He also happens ...

So, the best of luck to all renters. I know it's becoming harder and harder to find a place that you really like and could afford.

The appearance of the building is very good and the management is very helpful. I only have one big big problem and that is the crazy noisy neighbor who feels like listening to the music almost 24/day very load and annoying. (I normally am not that sensitive to the noise, but this one is freaking me out all the time ...) I was so surprised by the way that my complaint was handled by the management ... that when I complained the manager told me that, it is normal for the community living and it ...
was not understandable from them that they told the neighbor my name and came to my house and called him from my house!!! That's why I don't feel safe to complain anymore. Other than I think overall it is a safe and good place to live, the office staff are very caring and helpful.

Located on the side of a hill, facing the San Francisco bay. I never liked apartments, but had to downsize from a 3bd. home and was very surprised by this apartment complex. The units have the feel of two family flats, all the amenities you need without yard work. The grounds are beautiful, and the loudest sounds are the birds. Need-list to say I love it , and I've have been a tenant for 16yrs.
