The Vernon Building located at 236 S Elm Street is some of the most unique housing in the best part of the Downtown district. Built in 1883, it is the oldest remaining building in downtown Greensboro. Your security deposit would be dependent on your credit. Good credit equals half a month's rent security deposit. The parking deck is directly behind the building. Monthly parking passes are available with the City. SMALL pets allowed with prior approval with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
