February 15, 2026I’m really enjoying moving into the new apartment. Everything has been going very well so far, and the whole experience has been smooth. The place looks great and feels very comfortable already. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to me, which has made the transition even easier. January 22, 2026Apartment itself is great. However not enjoying the frequent train honks through out the day till midnight and early mornings. Not sure why Fairfield didn’t consider sound proofing the apartments. Vero apartment currently does not have acting contract with towing company, and I struggled on day one to park my car despite paying the parking fee. Still new to this apartment and amenities, so will see how everything goes.Review from Apartments.com

August 5, 2025The place is very nice and well kept in most common areas. Elevator was out of service on move in day unfortunately. Also the trash room has a lot of unbroken down boxes just sitting there from some lazy tenants.Property Manager Responded
