Affordable paradise

Living in the LBC can be a little tricky depending on the area- this apartment complex is locating right across the street from the beach on a beautiful and safe residential street. Since it is a little but of an older building it makes rent much more affordable and nonetheless have never had any issues with the apartment itself. The only thing to prepare for is the street parking as they have a very small parking garage limited for senior tenants. It is a gated building and the only reason why I ...

don't give this complex 5 stars is because I wish they would come up with a more efficient gate system to let approved guests in instead of having to walk down to open the gate, and because of the parking situation. Whenever there has been some kind of minor repair in or unit our building manager has been quick to get maintenance on it ASAP. By far my favorite place I have lived!!!
