Desperately needs to be remodeled / Cockroaches !!!!

Absolutely disgusting
August 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comBy far the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Moved in back on November 2022, within 2 months of being a resident my refrigerator stopped working properly. Also, started smelling mold. After multiple service request and calls I finally received a new refrigerator 4 months later. During that 4 month wait, I began to notice there was a bug and roach problem. And since the refrigerator was not running well mold grew from the water collecting a the bottom shelf. The maintenance guy confirmed ...the tube that runs down for drainage got clogged causing the freezer to run constantly. AC unit leaked causing more safety concerns involving mold. Maintenance drained the unit and the water came out brown and moldy. The entire apartment had an odor coming from the kitchen disposal and the bathroom sink. The parking lot had trash all around from fast food bags, cups, even dirty diapers. The dumpster was always piled high with trash and junk furniture that took weeks to be cleared out. Ended this nightmare by giving them my 60 days noticed and moved. The complex has potential if they were more professional and valued its tenants. Im hoping my wrong decision can give you an insight on what to expect. After going through all this management will not wave the early termination fee. Stay away. You get what you pay for so spend the extra money on rent for a nicer apartment.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!
July 26, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comManagement does not care for its residents. I have had my car broken into twice living at this place! There is no type of security at all!! The security gates have not been working for over two years so anyone can come and go as they please. Let me also talk about the maintenance which is hands down the worst group of men working at this place. I’ve had a leak for over 9 months that they keep putting a hand side on. Avoid This Place at All Costs!
September 18, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comAt first, this place seemed like a decent value for the money. After a while, you start to notice how many serious problems it has. Between the maintenance issues, the massive potholes, the rip off of a "Concierge Locker," the pest issues, the old and broken appliances and amenities, and the literal holes in the sides of buildings, this place should be $300 cheaper per month.Property Manager Responded

bad manger and assistant manger
March 13, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comworst apartment ever i paid money for nothing no service and when i talk with the manger she dont care about any thing when i left i paid 160$ for closing water and 800$ for cleaning carpet this is robbery my carpet was clean by company they needed to take any money for me really!!! it`s very very very robbery!
Car Break-ins, roaches, not lit up
November 6, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comCar was broken into. Breezeway lights turn on well after it is dark. Have to use my phone light to get to my door. Filed two maintenance orders about it and nothing changed. Did not feel safe. First night there and we had cockroaches running across our walls. The front office talked to me like I was an idiot: "You obviously aren't from Florida. Roaches are normal in Florida." I have lived in FL all of my life and may see a roach or two a year, not 5 or 6 in a "just-cleaned" apartment in one ...night. After they sent in pest control, the problem continued. They then went on to blame our neighbors for being unclean and said there is nothing more they could do.Read More
"Wish I could take it with me everywhere"
July 27, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI felt myself saying this over and over again. "I wish I could take this apartment complex with me wherever I move." A few reasons being that it's quiet, clean and friendly. I feel secure and don't have to worry about looking over my shoulder. It's been a great experience living here. One of the main things I look for is security; check. Friendly office staff; check. Cleanliness, check. I would definitely recommend living here if you want a more family oriented area to live in. I work in ...downtown and I was nervous about the commute, but the expressway is around the corner which took me to work in 15 mins skipping rush hour. The price is worth paying a little more for well taken care off apartments, with a patio and plenty of storage space and security. If it weren't for my job relocating me I would continue living here.Read More
The Best Value in Brandon
August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe Versant Apartments are the best value in the Brandon. I moved my family from Temple Terrace to Brandon to live closer to my work place. There were many other apartment complexes that were more expensive but offering fewer amenities. Among the amenities that the Versant have to offer are two (not one) swimming pools on the complex. There is also a tennis court, dog park, picnic areas and children's playground. My favorite perk is the fitness center that has the same up to date equipment ...that I used at the old gym I used to go to. The best decision I ever made was choosing the Versant as my new home!Read More

August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe have only been in the apartment for a few weeks, but we LOVE it. It is so nice and quiet. No issues with parking. We are on the 2nd level, and can hear the kids running upstairs sometimes, but that is normal and it doesn't bother us. We had to call maintanence once, and they came right out to fix the problem. They keep the area nice and clean. We just love the space we are in. Coming from a smaller unit in a different area.. i would recommend this Community.
