November 13, 2019I have lived at the vertex for the past couple of months. It’s super affordable especially for everything that it comes with! It’s a really friendly community. All the amenities are really nice. What I loved most about my apartment is the high ceilings and upgraded appliances. Dont Do It !!!
September 6, 2017If you're big on professionalism, maintenance, customer service, cleanliness, efficiency.. etc DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Theyre liars, and just overall not genuine people.. they will literally ignore work orders & not do anything that theyve promised to do, but hound you for money every chance they get. You can't have a direct and mature conversation with people that expect you to put up with things they wouldn't tolerate. They also ALWAYS act as if they have no knowledge of the common issues you may be ...having. Its just very bothersome Just dont do it. Students and professionals alike enjoy manicured lawns, two sparkling pools, upgrades that include Wi-Fi, cable, pets and more recently upgrades to the laundry rooms on the premises. Last year management changed the parking rules by requiring guests to pay for parking.
