New and a little disappointing
January 11, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI get the first year struggles are a thing but when my power goes off for 2 full days with no update I get confused. When it takes over 5 months to realize you haven’t payed incentives that were signed for nearly a year ago I get frustrated. The rooms are nice and the amenities are good I just wish the technical aspects of this place were better cared for. It is by no means the fault of the front desk I just want to understand where the disconnect is and why things aren’t getting done.Property Manager Responded
