Location wise Vesta is good with all major stores near by. However, leasing office/maintainance is poor. They dont even clean pressure wash common areas/porch etc in 2 years. They dont have leasing office staff anymore & hence no one to talk to when you have issue and want to discuss in person. v Even for such old proprerty with poor services, they keep increasing rent every year. Not appropriate for Wheelchair

Apartment’s pathway are totally not build up for wheelchair friendly. Though they have more than 250 apartments, pathway are not build for wheelchair. And problem is not that these pathway are not build for wheelchair, problem is that office staff is not ready to accommodate. Not recommended for any one, specially for people on wheelchair

dirty and poorly maintained

I visited to this apartment to look for rental property, but I feel this apartment was very dirty and poorly maintained. Dirty: I could see, dog poop multiple places, garbages at multiple places (include masks and tissues) roads and paths are very dirty Poorly Maintained: I could see, lawn are not mowed, tree leaves everywhere and got dirty building and common areas are not maintained. Very dirty and poorly maintained.

Decent place, but horrible service

The apartment complex is noce looking, with plenty of amenities, but they have horrible customer service. We have had the maintenance crew replace the microwave and stove top, and they entered without permission and left trash everywhere. Also they didn't even plug the stove in before pushing it back into place. Packages that the office signs for get lost, and the staff is mever helpful whatsoever. I wont be continuing to live here when my lease is done.

This will be a perfect apartment if you look for a reasonable rent near the Redmond town center. All fixtures were new in the remodeled units. They allow you to paint walls however you like, as long as you paint them back when you leave. Nice staff and quick response on all Maintenance request.

I moved into this apartment complex on a lease take over. With how big the complex is I was nervous that there was going to noise issues, parking inconveniences and lack of maintenance. I have been at this complex for over two years now. Its quiet, very pet friendly and some seriously friendly neighbors! Lots of families, but not noisy. There is always parking. Not always in front of your building but everything is side walked and easy to get to. The maintenance men are very popular with the ...
dogs. There are three outdoor pools that are rarely crowded. Oh and the maintenance men are on it! My garbage disposal was really loud. I got a new one! My stove knob broke, got a new stove! Leaky window, fixed! The longest I waited 24 hours! Definitely. A good place to live!
