Getting Better
October 12, 2025New ownership always brings challenges, and the growing pains continue as updates are completed. All in all you can't beat this place for location, quietness and price. The apartments are good sized with a balcony or patio. The landscapers are absolutely AWESOME. The front office is friendlly. April 16, 2025When I first moved here, I liked it. Not anymore. I realized they don't care about the residents. Office staff is not personable like previous management/staff. Community appearance went down. Maintenance is not too strong. You call for a problem, they come but downplay it, never go to the roots of the problem. So you end up with same problem again. I feel like the safety police, always have to call Duke energy to report lighting problems, because I walk my dog at night and don't feel safe ...in the dark.Duke energy said they're only responsible for streets poles. For some reasons, I always end up with neighbors on top of me with 10 kids, or 10 dogs, at one point a tenant had 13 dogs in total. He had 2 dogs he came with, and the female gave birth to 11 pups. So the amount of noise is always insane. In all it's not the worse place to live, but definitely not worth the exorbitant price.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2025It’s been ok , property definitely needs renovations units are outdated . Playground needs renovation for the smaller children. Staff is friendly , had some issues with maintenance but property management acted in timely manner.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2024A nice quiet place to live. I just renewed my lease for year 3. The grounds are very well kept. I've looked around at other places and noticed trash piling up and neglected landscaping. Laundry room is kept clean. Doesn't have the bells and whistles of a more modern complex, but has a little of everything and for the most part management is very responsive. There are plenty of trees and parking. Patios and balconies are decent sized compared to some others I've seen. Check the prices ...daily, they seem to change and you may find a great deal.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024I literally just got my keys today. My apartment is beautiful and clean! Angi made this experience so perfect. Very sweet, kind and informative. I apologize to the other girl in the office. I cannot remember your name, But you are right there with her. both of these girls made me feel comfortable from the men walk-through the door to start the process to the minute.
