Nice Community in a great area
February 2, 2026I can honestly say the old Rime Village which is now Reserve at Research Park, has definitely turned things around. From the pleasant fresh office atmosphere to the agents that were all helpful and knowledgeable on the area and floor plans. The upgrades were really nice in the apartments. Great Staff
January 30, 2026I've lived here since 2023 and this new staff they have is the best we've had since I've been here. They're all helpful and friendly and the new maintenance really takes care of your issues fast! Had an issue with my dishwasher and they came out and fixed it the next day!Property Manager Responded

Love the location and fitness center
