The manager and assistant manager are not helpful. The hallways, stairwells and carpets are filthy. The pool area is out of control. The rule is two people per resident however you get people 10 to 15 out there drinking beer at a bottles smoking marijuana, it’s totally out of control.Property Manager Responded

Upstairs neighbors sound like they’re stomping or always moving furniture when walking around. I didn’t experience this in my old unit. The surrounding area has brought new noises especially late at night into early morning, even with windows closed. Even though there’s not much staff can do about it, it’s a factor of renewing. It’s way too expensive for not being clean and very little parking. They have prioritize money over residents and allowed a bar to move in down stairs that has no respect that they are under apartments, and won’t do anything about how loud and disrespectful they are down there they play loud music, light off fireworks and don’t respect quite time hours. Dogs pee in ...the elevators. The entrances smell like pee the stair will go weeks of smelling revolting before anything is done. Everything is all around disgusting and dirty.
