December 2, 2019Please don’t waste your time living in these apartments honestly my family and I have never had a problem with Jocelyn but ever since Nancy an her assistant started working here they have been so rude and every time u ask for something to be fixed they take their time when they want to do it and have attitude all the time..it’s sad that we had to live in a place where we can’t do anything not even get in the pool because they would lock it before the closing time. Cars are always getting towed ...because of Nancy for no reason she tried charging my uncle to park on the parking by the office. They told my neighbor they towed her car because it was ugly. They are just so disrespectful and don’t have customer service always rude and have a cranky face horrible attitude both of them. And be careful cause then they will ask u to leave if u tell them that they are wrong. So many people have left because of them they don’t have manners.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!
October 6, 2019They never change the carpet,I have been living here for 15 years the carpet is dirty and the house is roach infested. They bring cheap materials to fix the apartments if they even feel like fixing it. Don’t waist your money and don’t waist your time here just go rented a motel. August 16, 2019When I first moved in these apartments Harold and his wife were the managers, they were a very nice friendly staff. Than Jocelyn became the manager and she was always willing to hear me out and take care of what needed to be taken care off. Unfortunately she left and the complex was left to be managed by two very very rude individuals. The apartment I was living in was infested with roaches. No matter how clean it was or how much I cleaned they wouldn’t go away. There are 2 apartment inspections ...per year and anytime I told them anything was wrong with the apartment they would blow it off my saying “ okay I got it” so what’s the point on inspecting ones apartment if they are not going to fix the leaking sink, the molding in the bathroom, or the glue coming out from under the floor and sticking on to my shoes, carpet, etc.? The parking is terrible and will tow for any reason. According to the tow drivers Nancy the manager sets these rules. Anytime I would go into the office they were rude because they got very defensive hearing the complaints I had to say. Overall it was a bad experience after Nancy became manager. great place to live
July 28, 2016i have lived here for the last 10 years. the review below is from more than likely a person that likes to: play loud music,drink alcohol, smoke pot ect.. its a great place to raise children and they are teamed with san bernardino crime free program.. its all working class resident.. before the new manager came here there was people hanging at the basketball court drinking smoking weed. people in the parking lot bumping music all night long. 4 to 5 cars stolen or broken into each month. none of ...this now because the manager is doing his job. it is true about maintenance being lazy but it was worse beforeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 22, 2016Via del Sol apartments are the worst apartments ever!!!!the manager is always walking around cranky and rude.if you ask them to fix something in your apartment they won't get back with you till like a week after!and don't forget the maintenance men are always doing sneaky stuff in the apartment complex there lazy and rude I believe they would go in peoples apartments when they weren't home!!!there is always people hanging around at late hours outside random people pull up in cars that don't even ...live in the complex and are always outside talking with the manager of the complex don't rent from via del Sol it is like a living nightmare you will regret if you live here!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
