Mertensia townhomes
December 15, 2022The apartments are very nice not a bad place to live. Neighbors are definitely not quiet and scream beat on the walls at all hours of the night. I was in the middle of closing on a house and wasn’t 100% sure when the closing date was so when I did find out I let the landlord know 28 days prior. They refused to give me my $1000 dollar security deposit back bc it wasn’t 30 days in which there was no damage that I left behindReview from Apartments.com
