My family moved in the Victoria Gardens in 2012 at first everything seemed fine. But as time went on we all Started to see the true colors of the apartment Management and the horrible area. If you want peace of mind, to no that you and your kids are safe when you walk outside the door or even to the corner store please stay away from these apartments and stay far away from this area of Portland. If the drugs, shootings, and Pedophile's dont get to you then maybe the black mold or bed bugs will. ...
