I have lived in Victoria Gardens for over a year now and can't say enough wonderful things about the community! It is quiet, safe, well-maintained, and everyone is friendly. Renata in the Leasing Office, as well as the Maintenance staff, are all so wonderful and helpful. I recommend Victoria Gardens to anyone!

I moved in last year. The apt.is beautifully upgraded. I am an RNand was a nursing director.Dealing with Renata is a pleasure. She is professional, warm and efficient. Any issue is taken care of immediately no matter how busy she is .She is truly an asset to this company. The responses are quick.

I absolutely love my apartment 1br its beautiful big kitchen dining room quite area witch I love I moved here 2011 nd dont plan on moving no time soon but it's every thing I could ask 4 bein I had a stroke 2yrs ago at 26yr old my very own 1st apartment is wonderful very spacious neighbours r very friendly and helpful no criminal activity here staff is great went u need sumthin fix they get rite to u overall I give a 5stars

My little development has very nice tenants and is very safe. My main complaint is that all of the utilities are electric which is very expensive in NJ. It actually makes the rent about 50% higher.
