Great value for first time renters or on a budget
July 21, 2015I have live here since 2008 and it is still an ideal place to live. This complex is close to freeway 59 and beltway 8. Also it is only about 20 minutes away from uptown Galleria area for all your shopping needs and the Sugar Land area to enjoy events away from the big city. The apartment has a walk-in closet with lots of space all through the apartments. They offer 24 hour maintenance and reserved parking. If you a first time renter the office will help you and answer all your questions. The ...staff is very friendly and helpful with any concerns you may have. This place have a great price for monthly rent for single and low income families that can help them get ahead in their finances.
