      Victory at Syracuse is a new company at Syracuse. I have an apartment under them and I have absolutely nothing good to say. Right when school started, they have a construction team working on every single building from 7 am-9 pm. The workers wake you up at around 7:30 with all of the ridiculous holes and about twice a week I wake up to a worker peeping through my window. The workers power washed my front door and completely flooded my floor. Victory did not answer the phone and did not clean it ...
      up. There have been too many burglaries in this area and Victory has done absolutely nothing about them. Victory does not care for the students and actively shuts down Syracuse tailgates at Castle. If you want to enjoy being a student at Syracuse, DO NOT RENT FROM VICTORY!
