As I have just recently moved in there are always issues with an apartment that need to be addressed no matter what apartment complex I've been at. The manager and leasing agent as well as the maintenance staff have been great at addressing and fixing my concerns. I love the apartment layout and the grounds are lush and well maintained. The dog park and the new dog wash room are a huge plus for me. I'm glad I moved here.

Wonderful place to live

Love living here. Property manager and team really care about their jobs and their tenants. Super clean property and grounds. Maintenance team rocks too. Friendly neighbors, feel safe and at peace all the time. Amenities like gym and pool are perfect and almost never crowded. Can’t say enough about Vida 46. It’s home!

Giovani came today to take care of the maintenance issues we had submitted. He is always very helpful friendly and does a great job. All of the Vida 46 staff members have been so great the almost year we have been here. Love the location and the atmosphere here at Vida 46. We are staying for another year !!????thank you Jackie and all the staff for making this a great place to live !

Mi experiencia de en Vida 46 ha sido demasiado buena, es un lugar bonito, con lindas áreas verdes, tranquilo y seguro. Todos son personas respetuosas y amigables.
También me parece muy importante el profesionalismo y la excelente atención del personal en oficina. El liderazgo para llevar de buena manera la comunidad y los servicios me ha parecido excelente.
