March 24, 2025Giovani came today to take care of the maintenance issues we had submitted. He is always very helpful friendly and does a great job. All of the Vida 46 staff members have been so great the almost year we have been here. Love the location and the atmosphere here at Vida 46. June 21, 2024When I came to tour Vida46 the staff was immediately friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome. I had Been given a flyer at my work. I was looking for an apt for my sister and I. I needed the apartment to be close to work, (because I do not have a car and need to walk) affordable and a first floor availability. They hit it out of the ball park with All of that and more. The Complex was well kept up it had a great pool and jacuzzi and a work out room. The whole process of applying on line and ...signing the lease was excellent. The apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. We had a few things we found needed to be fixed but work orders were put in right away and we have been updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Vida46 As a great place to live.Property Manager Responded
