Which results in nothing being done. Over priced rent, they don’t keep up with the outter structure of the building, floors and walls are super thin. Unfortunately, some residents care less about cleaning up after themselves at the playground. If the gnat/fruit fly issue could be resolved, maybe treating the outdoors around the lake, I would give View 5 stars.
