Just keeps getting better!
June 12, 2024Since moving in, the complex has made some really great renovations to the property. New pavement, paint, appliances lighting, landscaping. I love it!! The new office manager, Stacy, is great as well! I appreciate all that she is doing. Mo is back and better than ever! Overall, the community and staff have been great. not worth it
October 6, 2021So many reasons, but the important ones are as follows: 1) the walls and floors are PAPER thin. Definitely not “luxury” apartments
March 8, 2021I moved in to the views of Brentwood right after Covid-19 hit. The original office staff was incredible. Great communication skills. No underlying messages. Everything completely understood and explained. This new staff however has done nothing but cause extreme stress and issues. Most complexes require all of your information, income, electric, renters insurance, etc upfront BEFORE you sign a lease. I was going to be signing another lease in this complex with my fiancé. I was going out of town ...and felt extremely rushed to get all of my information but I was told to “hold” the apartment I had to put down a deposit and sign the lease without them having anything else. After I returned from my trip I went straight to the office and explained all of my issues about signing another lease because of my fiancé at the time had completely lied to me about himself for months. I was under the impression since I had not shown any of my information yet minus a drivers license it would be no problem. Apparently keeping my deposit money and hassling me for the next 48 hours was appropriate. I asked to speak to someone above the new manager, Ashley and was sent to voicemail multiple times. To conclude this review, if you are okay with “lower” standard apartments, because they are Most definitely NOT luxury apartments, being told one thing so they can steal your money and have a fraudulent reason to do so, a management staff that is only caring in the beginning and then treats you like a peasant after you move in, your roads not being iced after a snow storm, dumpsters overflowing with garbage, and the flooring being so old you hear everything above you. Don’t live here!
March 2, 2021Our time at The Views of Brentwood started out okay, but quickly we realized that this complex and its management looks out for nothing but themselves and their financial gain. We were unable to tour the apartment in person before signing the lease, and among moving in, began finding many imperfections within the unit (ie paint chips and obvious streaks, strange bathroom layouts, lack of storage, unhinged doors etc). Management was very slow to respond to concerns, if they responded at all. The ...unit was extremely loud with very thin walls and ceilings, and we had to file several noise complaints regarding neighbors. I called several times and my calls were often not returned at all. The management was not helpful or understanding in any circumstances. Upon move out, we were forced to call management a dozen times to deal with several charges to our account even after we moved out. As young girls, we were taken advantage of and purposely kept in the dark about many policies in order to get more money from us. We were unaware of their 60 day notice policy and were never warned or told a single word about it. Upon our lease ending, we were treated extremely poorly and like we were stupid. So make sure you double check all policies in the fine print of every document you sign in order to avoid being talked down to. Many of the policies were contradictory to what it said in huge bold print at the top of the lease such as lease length and move out date. I would advise you to find another complex to lease from. There are plenty in this area that will serve you better. We very well could have had a good experience here if it wasn’t for managements’ handling of every issue we presented to them.Property Manager Responded

Absolute crap
February 23, 2021Everything falls apart. The cabinets open by themselves. The popcorn ceiling and drywall are atrocious they look like they’ve been repaired so many times. We had to change out every single socket in the apartment because our phone chargers would just fall out of the wall. Cheap lighting decor cheap vinyl flooring. The gym has been broke for 6 months. You get the Brentwood name but you do not get the Brentwood luxury. Don’t do it.Property Manager Responded

Keep looking
September 12, 2020These apartments are old and overpriced: walls and floors are super thin, there are patches all over the place, low ceilings, unleveled floors, and zero storage space. Don't be fooled by the granite countertops and wood-style flooring: you're not getting luxury anything at this complex. Maintenance is great, but there's only so much they can do. Views are only available from a few of the apartments, crime seems to be on the rise, the location is pretty horrendous and traffic is lousy at all ...times, and the staff is only friendly if you have zero complaints. The view is what I love!
August 26, 2020I’ve lived at This property for almost 2 years and plan to stay until I’m ready to buy a house! My view off my balcony is pretty awesome and I love being in the middle of Brentwood! Plus they took my dog. The commute to downtown every day isn’t too bad either. They’ve always taken care of my apartment issues and are nice people to deal with.
