Beautiful and Specious rooms that are very clean and cozy. We cannot wait to live there. There is a nice pool and the location is very close to the freeway and shopping center.

We live in Apt 31 downstairs. Nothing but plumbing problems all the time .Like others have said. They make sound like a great place to live. Think again. Our roof above us is rotting wood and pieces falling down at times and when it rains it pours water straight down in front of our Apt and floods up the front at the door steps.
Our lease has ended and have gotten a 30 day notice to move out of our Apt..with no reason but it is the Law they said. Ok Fine .. Parking sucks there but be care not ...
to get your car rowed if parking ear the store . Street parking is not good. .
They have Cast Iron pipes and are braking apart at 50 years old .Ok thanks for the time and hope this helps someone..

It's a good apartment overall right next to a grocery store and across a gas station as well as right next to the freeway very convenient. Love it here really wanna keep living here we pay 1,535 a month I love that they allow pets. soon my husband is getting out the marines and unfortunately we might have to move out because I wont be able to afford the rent until my husband finds a good job.

After having year of loud Neighbors water turn off without notice, and multiple water leaks and manager refused to shampoo carpet to remove any mold. Oh yes the mold problem in the bathroom I have painted the bathroom 3x I have water leak stain ceilings. I have a very clean apartment I was surprise to see white mold growing near my fish tank and in my upstairs bathroom on a figurine. But the best is yet to come the rent was raise 250$ I was told because market value plus water which use to be ...
included now is 35 per person in your household, plus renters insurance. If anybody talk to manger please tell him the surfacing that was wrongly done in my bathroom is still pilling I request it fix 6 month ago I would like to take a bath which I have not in 3 years. The work out guy equipment is broken no air condition in there no music or TV just three old workout item. just a very small unkempt pool area. This is a not a complex for children, however they keep inviting family to move in there is NO area for kids to play but the parking lot where the kids play foot-ball next to your car. Oh there is No good parking the manger give out parking sticker to people with 4 cars so you with one car has to fight them for a spot... Other that its a great place to live.
