A Diamond in the Rough
January 26, 2023If you look at this apartment complex from the outside, you may keep going. Don't do that! This place is amazing. The grounds inside are well-kept and beautiful. The inside of the apartments is very nice and you can't beat the rent here. Maintenance requests are handled timely and staff are so friendly. I have lived here over 2 years and I am not moving anytime soon.Review from Apartments.com

October 20, 2022I have lived here at the Villa Del Sol for over 25 years and NEVER regretted it. I have seen many changes, most for the better and a few not necessarily to my liking. But it is still my home after all this time. You cannot find a more beautiful park like setting with its colorful flowers, trees, waterfalls and streams. And it is still as quiet as it was the day I moved it. Management will not tolerate noise and trouble makers. All my requests or issues were NEVER ignored. Management still cares ...about the individuals. They keep you informed about projects, up-keeps and anything of importance step by step. Don’t live here unless you have no other option.
September 28, 2022I live here now, but hopefully you won’t have to. I can’t even count how many days we’ve had either no hot water or no water at all. The water shut offs show no sign of stopping. My kitchen and bathroom tile is separating to show the old tile underneath and black stuff is in the cracks. We have huge roaches regularly (even though we’re clean) and last summer we had a ton of spiders in the kitchen.Review from Apartments.com
I love this place
November 9, 2021I've been living here for 2-1/2 years and the staff are all friendly, attentive and professional. From the office to the landscapers to the maintenance crew. They are all great. Once you walk though the gates of this community you're transported. My 7 year old love playing in the community common area. Neighbors are supper friendly. I recently approached them about possibly moving out to be closer to my family and they are making the process so easy. I honestly don't want to leave. My only ...complete is that they close the laundry room at 9:00 pm. I'm sure they have they're reasons for that and it's not that big a deal anyway.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
