This apartments are infested with rats, you can hear them through the walls and air vents. Some people have them in there apartments, and there food and things are being ate/damaged because of them. Laundry mat is a mess, lights don’t work and there’s only 2 washers working!

My husband and I have only been living here a month, and we are satisfied with our unit. We are greatful for the opportunity, and for Ms. Hilda the manager. She has a wonderful attitude, and a very caring spirit. From the initial call for information, to viewing the apartment she was professional and showed a passion for her job. Well kepted up landscaping, security gates, and surveillance.

I have been with my apartments for almost 3 years now and would have to say i have only had one item fixed during those 3 years. The maintenance is very poor the buildings are falling apart and sometimes we do not have proper air systems. The prices are amazing for all bills paid, but they are not worth the stress. The office is always closed and even when you file a complaint it will take weeks before they contact you if they even contact you.
