Badly managed
January 11, 2021This apartments are infested with rats, you can hear them through the walls and air vents. Some people have them in there apartments, and there food and things are being ate/damaged because of them. The apartment manager, Hilda, is an amazing person and does her best to make sure all of the residents are happy and well-cared for. August 30, 2015I have been with my apartments for almost 3 years now and would have to say i have only had one item fixed during those 3 years. The maintenance is very poor the buildings are falling apart and sometimes we do not have proper air systems. The prices are amazing for all bills paid, but they are not worth the stress. The office is always closed and even when you file a complaint it will take weeks before they contact you if they even contact you.Property Manager Responded
