The management is rude, the electrical is old (I lived there for over 2 years, If I tried to use the oven and the dishwasher at the same time the power would go out in the whole apartment and management took up to 24 hours to turn the power back on). That's just one story of so many I could tell. DO NOT MOVE HERE... honestly... It's not worth it, which is a shame because it's in an awesome location. I almost wish I could give out my personal information for people to talk to me before they ...
sign a lease with this place. Oh and beware... they own 5 buildings in that neighborhood.
But if you don't mind management coming into your apartment without advanced notice, the manager of the building coming out in her pajamas to yell at your friends for no reason, have parking decals stuck on your car without your permission, being told you can't use your AC and your oven at the same time, etc etc etc... then go for it. lol But don't say you haven't been warned.

Perfect building for college students, recent graduates, or anyone! In an awesome location, walking distance to the metro, Sunset Place, Winn Dixie, and lots of great restaurants. Building is on the older side, but most of the apartments are either recently remodeled, or going to be remodeled. Management is helpful, and will take care of any issues quickly. Building is quiet, and everyone is friendly. Plus rent is the best I've been able to find in the area, very reasonable.
