My stay here was great. I was there for 2 to 3 years and Marie the manager was always so nice and helpful and always got our maintenance request answered so quick and always had the outside looking nice and tidy. The owner Charla was more than helpful when I moved out and was in the process of purchasing a home, she had my request within 24 hours and went above and beyond what I needed. Definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

Villa Granada is a really nice place to stay, it is a good price for the unit! The owner Charl is super friendly and very welcoming! The manager Marie is also very friendly, she always says hi and checks the apartment when a problem occurs! The apartment is close to school, the park, and even a few convenient stores also!!

Villa Granada has always made it super easy to be a tenant at their complex, the management (Marie) is always super responsive, communicative and super nice and the owner too. I would move here again as I’ve lived there two separate occasions already.

Villa Granada Apartments is a great place to live because it's a safe environment. The apartments are also managed really well day and night. The staff and management is always understanding, and willing to work with my situation. I am extremely thankful for being a resident at Villa Granada Apartments.
