Worst Apartment Complex in CG
September 4, 2023The ONLY plus to this place is that utilities are paid. They put a lockbox on the A/C so you can't change it, but at least they're paid. Now to the CONS. The apartment stinks. I didn't have a SINGLE work order completed. It is infested with bugs, no matter what they do to prevent it. The poor property manager does everything because they're unwilling to hire a landscaper, maintenance person, etc. I fought with them for 6 months to get a key to my own mailbox. I didn't lose a key. I never got ...one to begin with and had to keep at it for 6 months to get one. When I finally moved out, I got about a 1/4th of my deposit back due to "damages". Mind you, those damages existed when I moved in. I'm not even wasting my time with these people to get my money back. I'd rather warn others to stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place!!!!Property Manager Responded
